Aqeedah Series

The Islamic Aqeedah is the corner stone of Islam. The Islamic personality is only achieved with the realization of it. The Islamic way of life rests on such cornerstone. The better understanding one has of this belief system, the more impact it will have on oneÂ’s life, the more clear the purpose of life becomes, and the more inner peace and tranquility one will achieve.

Islam, different from all beliefs, approaches its belief system rationally – addressing the human nature (fitrah). It requires that the individual is certain of his/her conviction. Thus blind faith, imitation, doubts are not permitted in this great Deen. Such approach to the Islamic belief system is consistent with Islam being a message to mankind. All people regardless of their race, color, intellectual level s are addressed with this belief.

When Muslims understood this Islamic Aqeedah, it changed them and made them the best of mankind. It lifted them from the state of Jahiliyah and backwardness to eminence and leadership. They carried the light of their belief system to mankind and due to which the mercy of Islam reach the far corners of the world. This in contrast to the present condition of the Muslim Ummah where to many, Islam itself is in question. Many a Muslim s fail to even see the uniqueness of their belief, viewing it as no different from other religions, and most do not mind not living according to this Aqeedah as individuals and as a society.

These series of courses will address what the Islamic Aqeedah is, how to approach it, the types of evidences that are accepted in it, proofs for its validity, etc.
